MrDskool is an AI-powered educational platform designed for children aged 2 to 13. It is operated by an individual developer based in Canada. MrDskool is currently in a free testing phase while we gather feedback before our official launch. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice to existing users.
MrDskool accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of any children added to the account. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of MrDskool, ensuring the information you provide is accurate, and maintaining the security of your account password. Children should not use MrDskool without parental awareness and guidance, particularly in Montessori mode where an adult must be present.
MrDskool is for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to share your account credentials with others outside your immediate family, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, use the platform for any purpose other than child education, or attempt to circumvent any safety features or content filters. Coach accounts are intended for legitimate sports coaching of children with parental consent.
MrDskool uses AI technology powered by Anthropic's Claude to generate educational content. While we take extensive measures to ensure accuracy and age-appropriateness, AI systems can occasionally make errors. Parents are encouraged to review sessions through the Parent Dashboard and report any concerns to info@mrdskool.com. MrDskool is designed to complement â - not replace â - teachers, parents, and human relationships.
MrDskool is currently free to use during our testing phase. This is provided as-is while we gather feedback before our official launch. We make no guarantee of continued free access. If we introduce paid plans, existing users will receive at least 30 days notice by email before any charges apply. We will never charge you without your explicit consent.
All content, design, code, and materials on MrDskool are the property of MrDskool and its developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of MrDskool without written permission. AI-generated responses during sessions are provided for personal educational use only.
Your use of MrDskool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy at mrdskool.com/privacy-policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
MrDskool is provided in good faith for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrDskool and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (which during the free testing phase is zero).
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, are used for inappropriate purposes, or are inactive for more than 12 months. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of serious violations.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of MrDskool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MrDskool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
